I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to all of the parents who have volunteered to be a part of our 2022-2023 Catholic School Council.
We cannot emphasize the importance of this learning partnership enough.
Due to an overwhelming number of nominations submitted, we will be having an election for the 19 voting seats on our Catholic School Council.
Date: Tuesday, September 27, 2022
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Place: Guardian Angels Library
At this meeting, the candidates will each have an opportunity to address the meeting participants. Following this presentation period, ballots will be handed out to Guardian Angels’ parents that are in attendance. Voting this year will be face-to-face, as in pre-pandemic years.
Following this election, we will then move on to elect our executive position. Only the 19 voting members of Council may vote for the following positions:
Chair
Co-Chair
Secretary
Treasurer
All results will be communicated to our School Community on September 28, 2022, via email as well as the names will be posted on our school web page.
Once again, thank you for your active engagement. Please remember that you can still participate in Council initiatives and meetings, even if you are not a voting member. All parents are welcome.
